Him Star Urja Company has received permission from SEBON to issue IPO worth Rs 11 crore 19 lakh

Kathmandu: Him Star Energy Company Limited has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue initial public offerings (IPO) to project-affected local residents and the general public.

The company has received permission to issue a total of 11 lakh 19 thousand shares at the rate of Rs 100 per share, according to this the IPO worth Rs 11 crore 19 lakh will be sold. The company has already appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited as the issued manager.

This IPO presents an opportunity for investors to acquire shares in Nepal’s growing hydropower sector.
